Spa Policies - Cancellation Policy
When booking a service at Avora Skin Spa that is over 30 minutes of service time or more, Avora Skin Spa cancellation policy requires a credit card number to hold your reservation.
In order for us to provide all our clients with the highest-quality service, Avora Skin Spa asks that you provide a minimum of 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% late cancellation charge. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
To make the most of your Avora Skin Spa treatment and experience, we ask that you arrive not earlier than 10 minutes early for your appointment (but NOT TOO EARLY to avoid waiting outside the spa due to new SAFETY rules) with us to fill out the appropriate forms and any other preparation that may be needed before your appointment. This will ensure that your appointment starts on time. Arriving late may deprive you of enjoying the full length of your spa service and experience.
Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late.
Avora Skin Spa reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients. The reservation of an appointment indicates that Avora Skin Spa has reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offers for that particular service time at the spa.
Spa Etiquette
Please respect the privacy of your fellow spa guests during your visit with Avora Skin Spa. It is recommended that small children not accompany you to the spa (excluding Mondays for Moms) so that our other guests may enjoy their full spa experience.
For the best possible spa experience, please wear comfortable clothing to change into after your service. If you are having a pedicure, please bring open-toed shoes to wear after your services. We recommend you leave any valuable jewelry or personal belongings safe at home. Please ensure that all cell phones are turned off when present at the spa. Avora Skin Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service or spa package, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.
Spa Refund policy
Services: Unfortunately, for spa services & rituals we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment.
Services/packages cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation.
In special cases ( contradicting illness or similar) refunds on remaining unused treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. Discounts in that case will be dishonored. If you are unable to use an non-rendered, prepaid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.
Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.
Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately we can not refund on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable and non-transferable to other person. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages can be exchanged for other services.
Gift Certificates
Certificates are available for specific treatments, spa packages (to be completed in one visit) or any denomination. For your convenience, there is no expiration on gift certificates. They are however not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. We can mail gift certificates to the recipient at no extra charge within five business days. Please call our Spa Coordinator to make arrangements.
Avora Skin Spa is accepting Spa Finder and Way Spa Gift Cards and Certificates as a payment of any spa services ( excluding RMT massage or RAc or Medical esthetic) at the regular price only. ONE GIFT CARD per visit only! The card must be presented BEFORE receiving the service. We are not accepting Spa Finder or Way Spa gift certificates or cards ( or any other promotional certificates) as a payment for RMT massage or RAc or Medical esthetic. Spa Finder or Way Spa GCs or other promotional GCs have no cash value and can not be used for GC purchase.
