Please purchase Gift Certificates on-line at our web-page or arrange picking it up in the spa by email.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and according to WorksafeBC and PHA, we have implemented the following procedures:
– Please book your appointments in advance via email or by phone.
– Please wait outside the spa if there are already 2 people at the reception desk.
– Please wear a face mask when entering the Institute.
– Please disinfect your hands at the entrance.
– Before admitting you to the treatment, our staff will ask you some additional survey questions about the possibility of COVID-19 infection.
– Please keep a safe distance of at least 2 m from others.
– Please refrain from using your phone.
– We ensure regular disinfection of all surfaces, treatment rooms and equipment, and have implemented special sanitary procedures. Our treatment rooms air/ surfaces regularly during the day disinfected with UV-C lamps, we stagger appointments, we rotate treatment rooms to have enough time to UVC disinfection.
– Our staff is provided with appropriate personal protection equipment.
– Newspapers and magazines or paper information materials will no longer be available at our premises.
– Testers will not be available for self service
